Our comprehensive Powakaddy workshop enables us to to carry out high quality repairs in house, we use only genuine Powakaddy parts to maintain the high standards of your trolley.
For those of you with DIY skills we carry a large stock of Powakaddy spares, some of our customers prefer to fit replacement Handles, Switches and Wheels on their own, give us a call or drop in and we will let you know what they cost.
Many repairs can be returned to you within 24 hours but due to the complex diagnosis process with an electro mechanical combination it does not lend itself to while you wait repairs, we operate on a first in first out to offer fairness to all of our customers.
A number of our customers point out that they travel a fair distance to see us, we recognise that and understand your desire to have it done then and there but we would point out that jobs done in haste encourage incorrect diagnosis which in turn leads to more un needed journeys, please be patient while we get to the bottom of your problem, this will get you back on the course as quickly as possible.
We will always advise you first should any additional work be required from our investigation of your machine and will also advise you if any components need to be ordered in.
